Suggest Treatment For Lump On Penis

Hello Doctors. I have a large bump right at the beggining of my circumcision on my penis, and I am not sure what it is. I have had it since birth, but never had anyone take a look at it. Maybe my parents did when I was much younger.. but I m not going to ask them. It doesn t hurt, and has never changed appearences or ever caused trouble... I m just wondering what this may be, and if I can remove it with no cost. Thank, and sorry for the trouble!
