Suggest Treatment For Lump On The Foreskin

Hi I have an ulcer looking spot on the underside of my foreskin. More exactly it is on the left side of the part which connects the foreskin to the penis (frenulum). The weird thing is it looks like an ulcer as it has a white middle and red around it and as the pee passes through it hurts really bad. Basically hurts when there is contact of any sort. http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2rpspcl&s=8#.VYUooiaCOnM Would appreciate all the help. I even took diflucan yesterday just in case.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, it needs to be evaluated by a urologist or a dermatologist and may need further work up like STD testing to rule out syphilitic chancre or herpes zoster. Treatment would be accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin
