Suggest Treatment For Lump Under Breastplate

I have a hard lump underneath my breastplate (feels like a golf ball). Very painful. Other symptoms are ches, stinging pain, trouble swallowing, extremely difficult to have a bowel movemnt. Also,shortness of breath,dizzines,
ANY foods or drink cause immediate excessive belching and bowel gas. Have to lie down after any meal.

You need to show that to a surgeon at the earliest for a proper physical examination and a ct scan and needle biopsy to help reach a diagnosis.

As this looks like a malignant growth.
