Suggest Treatment For Lumps Appearing On The Vagina

I developed a hard bump on the upper part of my vagina near the hair line last week. I also got two of them on the labia. I went to the doctor and he said they were probably ingrown hairs and to put some neosporin on them and they should go away. The two on the labia went away, but the one at the top got worse. Now it's not a bump anymore. It's long ways like in the shape of a line or blood vessel. It's swollen and it hurts. I have also developed a bunch of small bumps down there and some have pus in them. Someone told me it may be folliculitis. She told me not to shave down there for a week and to use antibacterial soap and it should clear up. When I woke up this morning my leg on the side that the bump is on is really sore and I feel sick to my stomach. Now I'm really worried. What should I do?
