Suggest Treatment For Lumps In Vagina And Near Buttocks After Sex

I have met a new partner and we have been having sex for the last 3 weeks. This has been quite intense for me after one year without any sexual activity. I am 46 and peri menopausal. I have not had a period for 3 months. The day before yesterday I recognised the early symptoms of thrush. I am living overseas however and was not able to get my usual canes ten immediately. Instead a pharmacist gave me data in c cream - clindamycin phosphate It seems that since using the cream there has been a reaction but I am unsure as to whether this is related to the cream or if it is indeed an STD. Lots if itchy lumps appearing inside my vagina and the area between the opening and my anus is incredibly swollen also with bumps. It seems the bumps are increasing in number although I only used dalacin in once and now have canes ten. Also buring when I urinate
