Suggest Treatment For Lumps On Forehead
I have hard lumps quarter size and larger that randomly appear on my forehead. I can always feel them coming on as a tightness in the location. No pain, no tenderness. Typically last a few hours. Been happening for about the last 15 years, with none for the past couple until now. No injuries, illness, or allergies.

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is urticaria which is a common cutaneous hypersensitivity reaction. Topical soothing lotions like calamine lotion can be used along with oral antihistamines like fexofenadine. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
