Hello and welcome to HCM,
Multiple lumps on the head need a clinical assessment.
Adnexal tumors or tumors arising from skin adenexa can form multiple lumps on the head.
If possible, aspiration of the swellings will be required to know their nature.
In case aspiration is not possible, an excsion biopsy will be required.
Thus, consult your primary health care provider for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
