Suggest Treatment For Lumps On Vaginal Opening With Mild Itching

I found a large lump under the skin on the right side of my vagina, it's not visible but you can feel it. I also have small white lumps on the top of my vagina and on the entrance to my vagina I've noticed a small blue lump, I don't have any pain or discomfort apart from a slight itch every so often :(
