Suggest Treatment For Lumps , Rashes And Dark Spots On The Penis

I have lumps/rashes/dark spots developing on my penis. It all started from dryness/rash on my penis which I thought would go away but it has developed over time and no they are all over my penis head, its corona and upper part. It looks as if my penis skin is infected.

There are several possible causes of a rash or spots over the penis. Here are a few -
Friction burn or rash
Fungal infection
STD

A friction burn or a rash is one of the most common reasons for a rash over the penis. This is seen when one wears tight clothing. This can cause the skin to become injured. As the skin heals, rash, dark spots, or bumps may form over the skin. The skin may also not heal correctly and a blackish discoloration may occur.

Fungal infection may be seen which usually presents with a rash and itching. The skin may be red initially but may become black as the area becomes dry. Fungal infections can be treated with antifungal creams and would need an in-person examination for diagnosis. One may also scrape the skin and examine it under a microscope to confirm the cause.

An STD panel may be required to rule out STDs and if you suspect an STD, getting a test done regularly would be useful.
