i have recently been diagnosed with lung cancer, I was first told it was a tumor in the lung and a small amount of cancer on the ribs, I was basically told that there was nothing that can be done for this , I was hospitalized a few weeks ago for dehydration where i was told that the cancer cells were also found in the fluid around my lungs, is it true there is nothing that can be done?
