Suggest Treatment For Lung Cancer While Suffering From Rheumatoid Arthritis

Hi.I have rheumatoid arthritis, atrial fib and I am taking methotrexate injections one a week, hydroxychloroquine, synthroid, metoprolol, propafenone, warfarin and have a pacemaker. My concern is that synthroid has been found to cause lung cancer and metoprolol can cause lung inflamation and lowers my immune system. Should I change over to dissicated thyroid to improve my chances on lung problems? Do you have any other suggestions on my health problems? I am 74 years old- female and want to stay as healthy as possible. Thank you so much for your time.

I really appreciate your concern, you are under the wrong impression as long as the side effects of rug are concern and this is not the case that Synthroid cause the cancer, and Metoprolol lower the immune system it is advisable to continue all the medication without fear, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
