Suggest Treatment For Lung Scars

Hi Dr.i have a TB problem when i was in 9th class. after treatment i am shine & healthy. now my health growing day by day. i am fully fit also i have completed my engineering as well.but scar problem in x ray appeared is there any way to disappear of that scar.Regards waseem

Thanks for your question on HCM.
Sorry to say but scar tissue is permanent in nature and remain for life time.
I explain you the things.
In lung tissue healing occurs by either
1. Fibrosis
2. Calcification
3. Bronchiectasis
4. Complete recovery (very few cases)
So past TB or pneumonia heals by mostly fibrosis and calcification.
And this remains inactive through out the life. And appear on chest x ray as scar lesion.
No medicines are available or adviced since it is inactive and totally harmless.
So no need to worry about this.
