Suggest Treatment For Lupus

i have been diagnosed with lupus ihave been going though alot of stress i have painful sorees on my face neck spine legs were ever i have had a weak spot on my skin from a scar or surgery i have these strange3 bugs under my skin with a hard shell hooked claws to hold them in place they or many shapesn and sizes color and they nseem to rebuild when you get close to ripping it out i do have a few i manage to put in a jar i am not a drug addict and i and not nuts they are in a large circle on my face and a totalo of 4 places right now they are smart and protect each other this is so very painful and really messews with ypur mind i am afraid to ask anyone for help i have heard what they say about others with simular problems
