Suggest Treatment For Lymph Nodes In Arm With Swelling

I have been having problems for the past few years with the lumph nodes under my left arm swelling. It usually goes away, but not this last time. It has been swollen for about two weeks and I have also had a swollen left knee for about two months. Last night I have been having night sweats for about two weeks and then last night I had a severe nose bleed. I am actually having pain under my left arm.
