Hi, I have had lymphadenopathy for over a year with fatigue, weight loss, night sweats (not every night). Due to family history of lymphoma and lots of cancer, an excisional biopsy was performed. Results indicated Follicular and Paracortical hyperplasia nonspecific. Comment: CD3 and CD20 show physical logical compartments of B and T lymphocytes. Flow cytometry could not be performed because specimen it was submitted in formalin. During my follow up it was discussed that now I have numerous lymph nodes enlarged in my cervical, infra clavicle, axilla and collarbone area. My physician suggested to do an ultrasound of neck and possibly perform another excisional biopsy. I am thinking it may be an autoimmune disorder, however test for Sjorgens, SLE and RA was negative. Is there a chance of it actually being lymphoma? If not is there a auto immune disorder that comes to mind?
