Suggest Treatment For Lymphoma In An Elderly

This query is regarding my father. He is 65 years old and has lost 15 kgs in the last 2 months. He has a swollen left leg . The FNAC and the CT scan suggest lymphoma. The doctor has advised Chemotherapy. I am a little worried considering his age and detoriating health condition. Kindly advice on the future course of action.
