Suggest Treatment For Maggots From Sanitary Pads To Vaginal Area

Hello! I have a problem and have yet to go to the doctors. I keep my menstrual pads under my sink, and the sink leaked. Without my knowing maggots grew in the pads. I put them on but didn t know there was maggots in and didn t find out until the end of my period- now I have maggots around my vaginal area, at first I panicked. I v been taking long baths for the past week and still keep seeing them. Sometimes I thank they re gone but then see them again. What can/should I do? Is there something I can take to get rid of them?
