Suggest Treatment For Male Orgasmic Disorder
Hi, im a 25 year ols male and recently(3weeks 1 day ago) had a cirvumcision performed due to tightness issues, before the op i had a usual sex life and managed to reach a usual orgasm, however.. After the operation when i stimulate myself i reach a point where iy feels like ill orgasm, and then urine sprays from the end, its 100% urine or as close as, and im wondering whether this will be a permenant thing? Or what can be done to help me?

Usually, circumcision won't cause such issue. Urine should not spray, it need not be permanent. Kindly review with a urologist in person and get it checked.
