Suggest Treatment For Manic Depressive Bipolar Disorder

Hello, My name is Jade. I have extreme manic depressive bipolar. Last night I had a really bad episode and suffered yet another black out. I don't have a history of seizures or anything of that kind. I am wondering if there is anyway to have advice on how I can remember what I have said and done. I fought with my boyfriend and tried to break up with him and apparently all for no reason. Please can someone help me remember what I have done?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

I think, you may have DPDR or dissociative disorder. That could be part of depression. In that case, you need mood stabilizer with antidepressant. Better to consult with psychiatrist. In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
