Suggest Treatment For Massive Heart Attack

hi, my uncle had severe heart attack yesterday and he is hospitalised in North bengal nursing home, siliguri ,west bengal.can you please suggest who can be the best doctor to handle this case in siliguri?

He is in ICU on vantilator.Doctor has given 72 hrs. to check the improvement.what can be done in this situation?

Hello. Thank you for your question! Regarding you concern at this moment when your uncle is intubated and attached to a ventilator the most important thing to to is the maintenance of his vital parameters; as it seems to be complicated with heart failure or even worse (cardiac arrest). If he is in the very few hours of his heart attack initiation and has persistent clinics of ongoing myocardial ischemia the best thing to do is to perform immediate coronary revascularisation (PCI) if it is permitted by his actual conditions.
