Dear radiological mastoiditis does not necessarily point out to clinical mastoiditis. Only 10-18%of people with radiological mastoiditis may have clinical mastoiditis. Dear just consult Ent surgeon if you mastoiditis clinically also treatment options are simple mastoiditis with out osteitis or periosteitis antibiotics with decongestants enough, if it is associated with it surgical mastoiectomy needed. Consult Ent surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
