ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query.
Mastoiditis will be usually associated with some kind of middle ear inflammation. Isolated mastoiditis is very uncommon.
You see an ENT specialist whom you rely the most and follow his orders. If I were your doctor, after thorough examination, I would have ordered xray of the mastoids and of sinuses.
If mastoids are found to be hazy, you might require antibiotics and exercises for the dizziness.
If you are sure that it is mastoiditis, please do not delay in getting a proper treatment.

All the best
