Suggest Treatment For Measles Infection During Pregnancy

My wife is 15 weeks pregnant. She recently got infected with measles and her gynaecologist suggested Rubella IgG and IgM. Report says IgG is 2.17 (OD ratio) and IgM is 7.7. Her gynaecologist requested to take a second opinion. Can u pls advise anything?

Hi, I think measles will not cause any birth defects in baby. It can lead to still births and premature labour. If Rubella IgM is normal according to the cut off value, she is not having a Rubella infection. Just check the normal range in your report.
