Suggest Treatment For Medial Meniscus Complex Tear In The Knee

I was diagnosed with medial meniscus complex tear in the right knee. advised rest and to take Mega free flex capsules twice daily, apply Densaid topical roll-on. But I got rashes, swelling and itching pain on my face. now I have stopped Densaid topical. Was advised to take Aleraid 10mg twice. No improvement. Do I stop Mega free flex?

Hello

If you have a year meniscus the only treatment option is surgery and for this you need first a MRI of the knee and after the orthopedic surgeon will decide when should be the intervention be done
