1. Going by your history of multiple joint symptoms it is best to seek an Orthopedic opinion since features are more of surgical importance and require surgical exploration more than conservative treatment.

2. Even in Ayurveda the best branch to deal with such cases is Shalya (surgery), who will let you know the best available management.
