Hi Dear , As per your query you have melasma even after trying dark spot cream like olay , loreal , garnier . sometimes ingredients in skin fairness creams known to cause side effects in some people specially when used for longer duration . So it very important to use them only under expert s advice . Duration for which you should use these creams should be decided by dermatologist by evaluating your skin condition . I would suggest you to wash your face twice daily with cold water and mild soap and after washing face apply cream containing kojic acid ( kojivit cream ) , which is safe and effective . Also use broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 while under exposure to sun and exfoliate your face one a week to remove dead skin .
