General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, your friend needs to consult a neurologist for his sleep issues may also need to get sleep studies done. This confusional state is not healthy. Tell him to adopt a healthy lifestyle and take proper diet and exercise daily and meanwhile get neurologist appointment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
