Suggest Treatment For Memory Loss, Headache And Chills

If someone had memory loss, headache in the temples & chills, followed by hunger the next day, what could have happened? This person has been under a lot of stress the past year, lost her husband to cancer & cares for her mother. She had a complete loss of memory on her entire day

Hello,

There can be various possible reasons for the memory loss, headache and chills as:
- Underlying stress and anxiety
- Transient ischemic attack
- Alteration in blood pressure or blood sugar
- Inadequate rest or sleep

However, a consulting with your primary care for vital parameters evaluation is must for the final treatment guidelines. Till the time being approach, my guidelines:
Drink more liquids including oral rehydration salt
Analgesic as paracetamol or acetaminophen tablet after meals
