It is about memory loss, how much is enough to be concerned and ask your doctor about it. It is the big alzhimers, is it is , or is it not. I have real trouble with short range, and one that scares me most, is I need to stop and think about my right and left. Another one I should remember is my address and phone number. I have trouble with words. Trying to get the right word and I can t find the right words to hold a normal conversation. It really scares me.
I went through your details. I need to know your age first. The main memory related problems are amnesia, dementia and the Alzheimer. Dementia and Alzheimer are not common before the person attains the age of 50. Amnesia requires accidents. Have you met with any accident?
Anxiety, stress and depressed moods are known to affect short term memories. This is not memory disorders. Such type of memory losses are common with everyone and there is nothing to worry about it. In spite of this explanation, if you still feel you have memory loss problem, please consult a neurologist or psychologist for memory evaluation and further treatment,.
