Hello I Will suggest first to get it diagnosed from your physician that its cancer or some noncancer condition like tuberculosis or osteoporosis. In case of suspicion of cancer Your physician may suggest CT scan or MRI Done to know whether there is any associated with soft tissue mass and compressing the nerves or not. He may tell you to undergo Biopsy, Blood investigations, x-rays, USG and tumor markers if there is suspicion of lung cancer, prostate cancer or multiple myeloma.
