Suggest Treatment For Menstrual Cycle Disorder

I noticed my elbows very painful and noticed red swelling on both, but the left is most painful. I've also had a really bad menstrual cycle with a LOT of pain in my right side- feels like the bone somehow. I am getting bruising and pain which I cannot explain.
