Suggest Treatment For Menstrual Irregularity

First day of my last period was on 10/7/2012,i had a brown spotting on my panties on 19/08/2012, did two pregnancy test(home pregnancy test) both wr negative, consulted doctor and she prescribed Uterone 200 for 5 days. Still no signs of mensuration.Please advice.
