Suggest Treatment For Menstrual Irregularity
Hello..I am 43 years old I have four daughters of which the last one was born July 2000 the same day I had a tubal ligation. I have missed my period for the first time in my life I have always had periods every 3 weeks very heavy the time I was to start my period this month I spotted only knowing after wiping it lasted a few hours one day. About a month ago I had breast tenderness for about a week nipple tenderness to be exact that went away and then now I ve missed my period I have lower back pain mild stomach cramping feel bloated feel pregnant tired I just feel pregnant. Could this happen?

Chances of ligation failure are pretty much low but as per your symptoms, you need to do a routine check-up with your consultant to rule out that part for sure.
