Hi Doctor I suffer from severe period pains, runny tummy and I also vomit during the period. I dont eat during my period because that. I also drink grandpa for the pain because I can keep it down, the relief is fast and also reduces the thickness of blood flow. My question is, is grandpa safe to drink on an empty stomach? is it normal to experience such throughout the whole period? can I get help that actually garantees at least a period where I can eat?
