I have been under alot of stress i am 56 gained alot of weight 40lbs , I have no energy, am depressed alot.I have to make myself do stuff. i take bio identalcal hormones and vitimans, i was just dignossed with Sleep apne and started c- pap treatmets i am doing very well with. 7 weeks, 1.4 times and hr down from 22 times an hr. Do you think i need medication to get me going again, exercising better mood, i dont smoke or drink. maybe i need a happy pill do they make one?LOL
