Suggest Treatment For Metallic Taste In The Mouth

I have bad metallic taste in my mouth extreme fatigue unable to sleep have been on antibiotics for severe cold and cough. also passing a lot of urine at night. Now have pain in my left shoulder , help ! I have had blood tests and am waiting for result of chest xray

Hi welcome to HCM
Metallic taste is drug induced more commonly after antibiotics.Anacids like pantop and anti emetics like Domperidone will be helpful along with your medications.Take Vitamin C chewable tablets for early recovery.Take fresh lime juices and fruits. If still you have discomfort discuss with your doctor to change the tablet to enteric coated capsule.you should take complete course of antibiotics as prescribed by your doctor.consult your doctor for expert management.
