Suggest Treatment For Metastasized Breast Cancer

My mother has metastased breast cancer. She has diognosed 2 and half years a go. She did 2 rounds chemioterapy but after 10 days of second round chemo again the tomour back and obstacle her ureter. She has nephrostomy problem and her urin just pass from tubes now but doctor said her kidney is working well . She is under 3 th round chemo she has done 2 times . She did her second chemo injection 6 days ago but she has fever and low blood pressure and she has lost her appetite and she has bones pain sometimes vomiting and body weakness. The drugs that doctor used for her first time was paclitaxel and second time was Paclitaxel and Cisplarin. Her oncologist said she needs 6 times injection but she is very weak now. Please help me.
