Suggest Treatment For Mid Milia Around The Eyes

Hello, I am 21 years old female and have been having what has been suspected to be mild milia around my eye since 6 years. The bumps appear and take a very long time to plump up with white matter. Before this stage they cannot even pe puctured. Is there any way to red rid of the "empty bumps"? I am currently in France and my derma thinks any laser treatment could leave scars on "coloured skin". May I add, my sister, mother and aunt all have the same problem. I have mo medical history, I am not on any kind of medication, and have never undergone any surgery.

It is to be resected. may be in naturopathy and Ayurveda you may prevent it. think of prevention and problem is scaring. you go near to a naturopathy center and consult for curative and prevention.
