Suggest Treatment For Middle Finger Pain After Soccer Ball Injury

Hi, I play soccer and suffered two blows to the tip of my left middle finger in a game yesterday. A ball hit it the first time, and then I landed on it twenty minutes or so after that. There is no visible swelling but there is a constant dull pain and a sharp pain when I grip, push, or pull anything using that finger. I have full mobility with only slight pain. For some reason it hurts if I swing my hand back and forth, for example when I'm walking and my arms are swinging. What do you suggest the injury is? Should I get an Xray?
