Hello,

You are suggested to take quality sleep, avoid taking food that triggers your symptoms, stay in dim light, avoid loud noise, stay away from addictions if any. Migraine is a neurological condition that causes painful headache, it also causes sensitivity to light, sound, smell, or touch. You are also having suicidal thoughts, it can be due to migraines as migraine also presents with depression, food cravings, low energy, irritability, etc.

Make sure to take adequate fluids and water. Do not skip meals and take triptans-sumatriptan is effective. Get clinically examined by a GP, get required tests and investigations done to detect any chronic disease that is causing you symptoms. Get it treated at the earliest. Your treating GP, may consider prescribing you other medications depending on the pathology detected and the seriousness of the symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
