Suggest Treatment For Migraine, Dizziness And Tinnitus

Hello. I ve been having severe unilateral headaches since I was a child. I m currently 27. I was diagnosed as migraine attacks. Ct and mri scans are normal. The headaches are severe to the extent that it s difficult to function or sleep. They are rarely relieved by triptans or diclofenac, otherwise not relieved. I was obese and since I lost weight I started getting these one minute blackouts where I d go dizzy and suddenly the world goes black, it s releived if I sit down. The episodes are not so frequent and usually come with exhaustion. What s worrying me is that lately I m having my headache daily for the past two weeks. It starts mild and by the end of the day it s unbearable. When I lie down I can feel my whole head throbbing and sometimes I hear it too. Could this be anything other than a migraine?
