Suggest Treatment For Migraine Headache And Dizziness
Hello, i have not been feeling good at all for awhile now. I sometimes get really dizzy, lightheaded, shakey, sometimes even see black spots, and barely ever have an appetite, losing alot of weight, i constantly have a migraine or headache..the list goes on.
1. Feeling lightheaded, shaky, and seeing black spots are indicative for possible low blood pressure or low blood glucose level (bgl).
2. You are saying to have no appetite, which might have caused low bgl with the symptoms you are presenting actually.
3. As this has been going for a while now, I advise to run further investigations to understand why you are having such problems: - monitor your bp and bgl, record the results for future reference - get a complete blood count to exclude anemia or other blood disorders - a complete biochemistry and hormonal balance - abdominal ultrasound - urine analysis
Until you have the tests done, you can: - take pain-killers for the headache - try to have light meals although no appetite - take multivitamins - increase water intake - breath fresh air
Hope it was of help! Dr.Albana
