Hello,
You are suffering from
migraine headache. To prevent migraine headache, manage stress both physical and emotional. Stay adequately hydrated, take water and fluids. Maintain sleeping and eating routine, do not skip meals. Avoid food that causes gas. Avoid strong smells and exposure to direct sunlight. Relaxing techniques and cold compression may help. You can take Triptans (
Sumatriptan) for relieve.
You also have tingling in the arm. Take food rich in
vitamins and minerals, such as vitamins D and B12 for better brain function and nerve health. Numbing and
tingling sensation commonly occur due to poor circulation and may indicate venous stasis ulcers or
atherosclerosis. Other medical conditions that can cause tingling in the left arm include compressed nerve, bulging spine disk, diabetes,
high blood pressure,
high cholesterol, vascular disorder, stroke, etc.
You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get all required tests and investigations done to detect the pathology causing you symptoms and also to detect any developing coronary artery disease. You will be referred to a Cardiologist if required. Stay away from addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
