Suggest Treatment For Migraine, Shivers, Blackouts And Tightness In Chest

My daughter is diagnosed with some form of Migraine . She is 15 year old. Following medicines were prescribed Lora - 1mg, Divaa - od 500 mg, Sibilium - 10 mg We are using these medicines for 3 weeks, She is fine for 1-2 days but she gets shivers , blackout and gets some nerve tightness in heart , throat etc. for 10 -15 minutes , then she is fully exhausted. This pattern seems to be repeating few times a day. She also seems to have increased bowel movement. We are not sure if the symptoms are related to stress and migraine or additional condition
