Hello, I have had a migraine from the sides of my head and sometimes it feels deep within my head. I am more pale than usual and sweating more than i normally do. I am not dizzy or confused just my head hurts and i am really tired. I eat well exercise less than normal but still do sometimes. This has been going on for 2 weeks now.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Headache can have many causes. Persistent headache leads to migraine. I would suggest:
1. Get your eyes examined as decreased eye sight is the most common cause of headache
2. Get your blood pressure monitored regularly.
3. Avoid Stress.
4. Do follow a regular exercise routine.
Do not take medicines for migraine without consulting.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Manreet Benipal, General & Family Physician
