Suggest Treatment For Migraine

I have been getting worse migraines 3 to 4 times a week and I have a high pitch ring/squeal continually in my head. I also feel like my head is being squeezed in a vice. I have had several concussions throughout my life being 49 years of age. I used to be very active but any more I hurt continually and the headaches are really taking a tole.
