Suggest Treatment For Migraine

Hi there I hear rushing fluid in my neck and I get sever migraines. I have seen my doctor today and he always says that he has no time for me, I always book an appointment. I dont know what to do. I feel dizzy and sick everyday. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi thanks for contacting HCM....

You have mentioned migraine as your diagnosis ...
In migraine headache is unilateral throbbing nature and aggravated by movements ....
In this condition associated symptoms like photo or phonophobia present along with nausea....

When acute attack of migraine ibuprofen tablet taken....
If it is not helping then rizatriptan 5 mg tablet can be taken. ...
While headache rest in cool , dark room.
Avoid exposure to bright light and loud noise ....
Avoid smoking and skipped meal....

Yoga and muscle relaxation exercise useful...
If nausea or vomitting for that metoclopramide tablet can be taken ....

You can consult psychiatrist for your condition....
