hi yes my name is lynette im having really bad mindgrains on my right side of my brain and my left eye i see like these weird moving lights almost as if its a lot of mirrors in one spot and your going in cirlces and you get that weird light thats almost jumping of the mirror. what is that, what is the cause?

Hi, as you are having severe migraine with aura , I would advise you to take triptans like sumatriptan, rizatriptan for acute attacks .
You are advised following medicines for prevention-
Tab propranolol
Tab amitriptyline, nortriptyline
Tab gabapentin ,valproate
You are advise to take proper bed rest and adequate sleep and food at proper time.
You are also advised to do mental relaxation yoga and exercises.
