Hi,

First of all, you should do CT Brain to exclude a brain lesion and measure your blood pressure. Then you need to know that the change in hormone level with the menstrual cycle can cause changes in the blood to follow to different parts of the brain. You can ask a gynecologist for help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dr/Mustafa, Neurologist
