Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
I read your question carefully and understand your concern.
Regarding the episodes of dizziness and tiredness they seem to be related to
orthostatic hypotension.
A head up tilt tests is needed to rule in/out this possible diagnosis. It is not related to migraine, but could be exacerbated by other factors like chronic anemia,
dehydration, thyroid gland dysfunction, electrolytes imbalance, etc.
Regarding the episodes of headache they seem to be caused by migraine, but the sharp pains in your neck and jaw could also be related to
trigeminal neuralgia or inflammation.
I recommend consulting with the
neurologist for a careful physical examination, and some blood lab tests (
complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate, blood electrolytes).
A head CT scan or MRI is necessary to exclude a possible intracranial lesion which could mimic this clinical scenario.
I would also advise performing an X ray study of your cervical column, to exclude possible chronic cervical spondylarthrosis or possible disk displacements which could explain the neck pain.
Hope to have been helpful!
Best wishes!
Dr. Aida
